4. Third-Party Authentication (Google Sign-In)

Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of Google or any third-party authentication provider. 6. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through Traveltor, you agree to pay the total price as displayed at the time of booking, including any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time before a booking is confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed-upon price will be honored.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the specific tour or service booked. The applicable cancellation policy will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

In general, cancellations made well in advance may qualify for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made close to the travel date may not be eligible for a refund. Please review the specific cancellation terms for your booking before confirming.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of Traveltor or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Traveltor makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about destinations, tours, and pricing, we do not guarantee that all information on the Service is complete, current, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Traveltor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Traveltor in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
